Release stress
Written by mo on November 24, 2011 – 7:37 pm -Techniques such as mindfulness walking or power yoga might work well for you. Your challenge is to identify relaxation techniques that provide both safety and stimulation to help you “reboot” your system. With regular practice, progressive muscle relaxation gives you an intimate familiarity with what tension—as well as complete relaxation—feels like in different parts of the body. This awareness helps you spot and counteract the first signs of the muscular tension that accompanies stress. And as your body relaxes, so will your mind. Choose whatever setting is most calming to you, whether it’s a tropical beach, a favorite childhood spot, or a quiet wooded glen. You can do this visualization exercise on your own in silence, while listening to soothing music, or with a therapist (or an audio recording of a therapist) guiding you through the imagery.

More about swim fins
Written by mo on November 24, 2011 – 6:52 pm -Short or small bladed fins, such as Zoomers, allow you to maintain a foot speed closer to your regular kicking speed with no fins. Force fin is a company that specializes in hard rubber swim fins. The fins the company makes are extremely comfortable to wear and provide plenty of force while swimming in the water. Force fins can be purchased for around $200 per pair. The human body does many things well, but swimming isn’t one of them. We’re embarrassingly inefficient in the water, able to convert just 3 or 4 percent of our energy into forward motion. (Even with swim fins, we’re only 10 to 15 percent more efficient.) But a new, dolphin-inspired fin promises to fuel the biggest change in human-powered swimming in decades, putting beyond-Olympian speeds within reach of just about anyone.

Design of small houses
Written by mo on November 24, 2011 – 3:09 pm -These small house plans may be smaller in size but are designed to live and feel large. Sometimes referred to as small house plans you will typically find home plan styles such as cabin plans, cottage houseplans, bungalow plans, ranch homeplans, vacation house plans, and country home plans to name a few. There aren’t many things in life that are as wearisome and stressful as the unexpected long-term
houseguest. It may be a friend who is down on his luck, a son who’s taking a break from his
education, or even your in-laws; whatever the situation may be, we often find ourselves in need of
some extra living space.

Modern open floors
Written by mo on November 24, 2011 – 2:34 pm -Too many homeowners can relate with the desire to be in more than one place at one time within their own home. Stronger and more compact structural beams, such as the micro laminated beam, made it easier to create open floor plans. Modern home plans come in all shapes, sizes and styles. It will be up to you to find the one that best suits your needs. If that’s a contemporary plan that includes an open layout, you can find plenty of great plans available to choose from. Of course, you also have the option of creating your own home plans based on your requirements, be they extra bathrooms for the teens, home office or workout space.
